Andrew is a career inspector and has experience in multiple industries performing several different inspection methods. From welding, to construction, military, and oil and gas equipment, he has operated as an inspector in the most demanding environments and has developed surefire methods of ensuring that the job gets done right.

We know buying a home is time consuming and stressful. We also know that how we communicate with you is just as important as what we communicate. It is therefore our commitment to describe our findings to you in a way that you can easily understand and without any drama, just the facts.  Report

Every home has systems which will need maintenance at some point in their service life. Within 24 hrs of your inspection we will deliver a detailed digital report and recommendations for future maintenance that will help you keep your home in good condition. When we leave your home you will have a solid idea of the upcoming maintenance needs that you can expect to encounter.
